There are many multicuisine restaurants in Mumbai but only a handful have been successful in ensnaring the loyal patronage of customers due to their pocket-friendly prices. ‘Spices & Flavours’ is a local favourite of the families and single corporates who find dining here fulfilling as well as cheap. The portions are good and total value for money so it is enough between two people. Diners find the ambience of the restaurant soothing and cheerful owing largely to the live music and fun karaoke nights.

Spices & Flavours is an ideal place to have some fun. The management tries to keep things interesting by giving the patrons a sheesha lounge, live sports screening and a full-fledged bar menu. The Chowpatty outlet has a lounge-like vibe made all the more mysterious with yellow walls and dim lighting. Plush metallic coloured sofas flank the room and private dining areas are created by pearl curtains. The vibe here is cosy and intimate which works well for the couples. The Fort outlet of Spices & Flavours is more classy and soft looking. The look is modern and formal entirely different than its Chowpatty sister concern. Both the outlets have a rooftop section that overlooks the stunning view of the city. If you want to throw a small party then ask to be seated at the rooftop.

Menu of Spices & Flavours is completely vegetarian and features North Indian, Chinese and Italian cuisines. Commence the meal by choosing few starters such as gnocchi soup, pomodoro salad, zucchini and broccoli tarts, grandé nachos, chilly cheese toast, hummus with pita, hara bhara kabab, bruschetta, spiced croquettes, cigar rolls and jalapeño cheese nuggets. Split a delectable pizza al vodka between your party or opt for a nice steaming sizzler, whatever your cravings desire you will get it at Spices & Flavours. A wonderful array of curries can be savoured with a bowl of rice or a flaky naan. Their dessert section is quite creative and innovative too.
