The variety offered at Melting Pot is very impressive. You will find their mains as good in both Indian and Oriental cuisines. Food prepared by the chefs are superbly made especially their seafood.
The mains include, chicken hunan, paneer lawabdar, sabzi noorani, chicken in chilly mustard sauce, dehati murg/lamb, mirch ka salan, chicken & mushroom in oyster sauce, exotic veg in sambal oelek sauce, Bukhara kofta curry, dum aloo amritsari, chicken steak in Szechwan style, stir fried chilly squid, clams in sukha, crabs goan green curry, fish mallipuram, stuffed crab in mayo, prawns Thai curry and clams in butter garlic sauce.
