Menu of Melting Pot is quite fantastic. It collaborates North Indian cuisine with Chinese food using an abundance of seafood to uplift. The variety is staggering so indulge freely. Opt for a boozy drink to complement the menu perfectly. Non-drinkers can go for a refreshing sol kadi or kokum ras, two popular Indian coolers on the menu. Open the meal with an assortment of nibbles such as, chilly basil mushroom, murg nawabi sheekh, devil chicken, hara bhara kabab, boti-e-gulshan, roast lamb in black pepper, doodhia kabab, kai yooung, patra chicken kabab, teriyaki veg, tshing hai chicken, paneer ke shikanje, gilafi sheekh kabab and thod man khow phad. Chase it up with, chicken in Malaysian curry, mirch ka salan, lamb in burnt chilly sauce, Bukhara kofta curry, three treasure vegetables in hot garlic sauce, ghost sofiana, exotic hot pot vegetable, chicken samble oelek sauce and dum paneer kalamiri.
The coastal side of the menu is worth looking into as well. One trip won't nearly be enough to cover the length and breadth of Melting Pot's expansive menu. Hot pudding with butterscotch sauce or angoori rabdi wraps up the evening nicely. The elegant intimate setting of the restaurant makes it a great option for dates. A tranquil Zen-like vibe is brought on by several Buddha installations around the room. Lighting is turned low to elevate the cozy romantic vibe. Soft light bounces off the crystal wine glasses kept of the tables. Décor is very much upscale and classy. Melting Pot is a popular joint. Better book a table in advance. Prices are surprisingly pocket-friendly.
