16 Jan, 2018 by Rupali DeanThe 30 seater warm dining space will host important worldwide chefs and in future, feature bold new menus by Chef Manish Mehrotra.
Tuesday evening marked the long-awaited, highly anticipated debut of Claude Bosi and true to form; the menu is capitalizing on everything that is fresh, local, and often quite unusual: Think Warm Beetroot Terrine Feta Cheese and Passion Fruit; Kanyakumari crab, Apple and Nimbu Lemon; Goat, Black Lentils, Coconut and Coriander and Szechuan Pepper Parfait, pineapple amongst other dishes. He carries drama, beauty and a poetic story on a sequence of plates. Wherever in the world Claud Bosi is cooking, he prompts his staff to prize diners for the effort they have put into the visit, which is a tall order: It has to be one of the best meals they have eaten in their life!
