Breaking boundaries in gastronomy and taking fine dining culture to unbeatable heights

Named after the maestro himself, Amuz by Hemant Oberoi is a fine dining restaurant that elevates the dining experience to create culinary history.

Their menu takes diners on a global culinary journey with European, Asian, and Indian-inspired dishes. Each dish tells a story with the focus on introducing the city to new flavors, unique presentation and exquisite ingredients.

Far cry from traditional pizza crust, their lower carb Tortilla pizza is a healthy alternative loaded with guilt-free toppings such as bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, bubbly cheese topped with their in-house sauce making this deliciousness a health-conscious choice.

What’s better than one healthy dish? Another healthy dish! The Avocado Carpaccio is simple, yet has composite flavors of mashed avocados, with sprinkled freshly ground pink Himalaya salt, edible flower, onions, and fresh thyme leaves and drizzled with lemon juice, olive oil, and some raw honey.

Are you a fan of both Japanese and Mexican food? Then their sushi taco appetizer is just the thing for you. Toothsome and appetizing, these sushi tacos are made with bell peppers, avocado, onions, sticky rice, zucchini and cucumber, all buried in a crunchy taco shell, you simply cannot miss these when here!

Balchao Seafood Risotto is a fiery dish from Goa that is almost like a pickle! Prawns are stir-fried first and then added to a tangy pickled curry sauce with sauteed broccoli and bell peppers all cooked together with fine risotto creating a dish that makes your taste buds tingle and leaves you asking for more.

Giving an ode to the coasts of Goa, their Goan Bento Box is a meal in itself. This box has a choice of curry (Goan/Fish/Prawn), masala surmai/chicken Cafreal or vegetable of the day and pickle served with rice.

Non-Vegetarian Anticuchos are irresistible street-food versions of anti-style cuts of meat. These Anticuchos are seasoned with Indian spices, peppers and herbs, then cooked over charcoal for that smoky flavor. To pair up with the scrumptious dishes, they have fresh and fruity Virgin Sangria. This non-alcoholic sangria makes the most refreshing drink and looks absolutely beautiful.

To end the delightful dining experience on a sweeter note we recommend you try their sinfully indulgent Crème Brulee. This rich and silky dessert features a creamy pudding-like baked custard with a brittle top of melted sugar that cracks when you gently tap it with a spoon and is flecked with espresso and flavored with vanilla, making it a divine creation that tops our 'must-have recommendations' list.
