Owned by the same person behind Boombox Café, Out of the Box and Skooter, Priyank Sukhija, Warehouse Café is another popular restaurant located in Gurgaon. As soon as you enter, you feel like you are in an industrial setup with a chic like ambience. The restaurant is crowded at any time of the day, whether it is for a quiet lunch or drinks and dinner with friends in the evening. The place is split into two sections – split-level bar and restaurant. The seating is done with cosy and comfortable sofas and tables, with dim lighting to give it the feel of a lounge.
Coming to food and drinks, the cuisine served at the Warehouse Café is North Indian, serving dishes of the Mughal origin as well. The dishes that deserve special mention here are cream of mushroom soup, dahi ke kabab, paneer 65, murgh malai tikka, chicken sui mai dimsum, tandoori veg platter, fish fry and roasted lamb chilli pepper. Besides these, they also serve a selection of burgers, sandwiches, pastas, pizzas and steaks. End the meal on a sweet note with desserts such as chocolate cappuccino dream, old fashioned banana split, pineapple spring roll and sweet waffles with blueberry.
- The 'Omelette Cheese Burger' is not to be missed. Ask the chef to modify it and add a 'Chicken Tikka Patty'; it is an odd but delicious combo!
- Their Sufi nights are popular with locals on Thursday with a live band
- Try the 'Chicken Chimichanga'; it is a meal in itself
