Their lunch buffet and midnight buffet are highly sought after especially by those who have an odd flight timings. Begin by sipping on a refreshing mocktail to give the appetizers a company. Tuck into, kasundi mahi tikka, Caesar salad, spring rolls, creamy mushroom soup, kutti mirch ka paneer tikka, spicy shrimp tortilla, avocado & tomato bruschetta, Makai methi seekh, lehsooni jhinga, teriyaki chicken skewers, dim sums and Norwegian smoked salmon. Similar to the varied first and second course, Viva offers a wonderfully lavish dessert course too. Interiors of Viva are generously spacious and cheerfully sunlit so you get a light airy feeling upon entering the room. Large picture windows are used to bring the outdoors in making the room seem all the more open. Furnishings are kept casual and chic. Modern elements are used around the room in chandeliers and showcases to uplift the space. The best place to sit is next to the window.
