About Vapour Bar Exchange, Sector 29, Gurgaon
Bars and pubs are passé now. All the action is at microbreweries nowadays. Ever since Delhiites were hooked on microbreweries few years ago, several more have popped up on the drinking scene of Delhi NCR. This dramatic shift was celebrated by the influx of conceptual breweries who pampered us with quirky themes and gave us a fun drinking experience. Gurgaon is real partial to ‘Vapour Bar Exchange’, which is known for their stock market concept of selling alcohol. The brand has couple of outlets sprawled across Gurgaon and is a hot favorite of tipplers looking to party post work. The microbrewery is perched on the 2nd Floor, Main Market, Sector 29, Gurgaon. The locality is a buzzing one and is a happening place to be on a Saturday night.
The microbrewery offers as many as 8 varieties of beers on tap. If you don’t find what you are looking for on their menu, ask your server for whatever is on tap. We assure you, you won’t be disappointed. Not in mood for beer? Go for jalapeno margarita or LIIT. Both are exceptionally made. The brewery pair their drinks with a delicious eclectic grub that is heavy on finger foods. If your plan is to chug down beers with snacks then Vapour Bar Exchange will be appropriate. Tuck into, Malabari chicken popcorn, pao bhaji fondue, Thai chili basil fish, trio of paneer tikka, spicy chili prawns, butter chicken cigars and inverted roomali seekh. Kill those leftover hunger pangs with, tawa khurchan quesadilla, pizza jerk chicken, schezwan veg, grilled fish with lemon butter sauce, cheesy veg pasta, Indo Mex burrito wrap, mutton rogan josh with roomali roti and butter chicken pasta.
We adore the variety. While not excessive, it does features some crowd-pleasing dishes everyone can happily settle for. The innovative twists given to classic dishes keeps diners invigorated. Retro live music elevates the evening even more. Prices are not outrageous but are a tad hefty. Interiors of Vapour Bar Exchange resembles an old-fashioned pub with pale wooden finishes, cushioned olive toned chairs, printed banners, vintage light fixtures and walls covered with framed art. The casual masculine vibe of the place draws patrons regularly. By offering affordable alcohol through stock exchange fluctuations, they keep their punters fully entertained. Weekends are crazy busy for them. Book ahead.
