Menu caters North-Indian, Afghani and Mughlai cuisine to the diners. Take advantage of their buffet meals and feast as much as you want on kababs. Try out their, lagan ki chop, badami murgh seekh, pudina se ananas, bhuna murg tikka, dohro khumb, achari macchi tikka, lazeez paneer tikka, raan e murg, bhuttey ke kabab, tandoori aloo chatpate and galouti kabab. Take it further with biryani, rizala murg, paneer do pyaza and Punjabi dal tadka.
Finish off with a set of luscious desserts like, moong dal halwa, gulab jamun, tinka kulfi and kesari phirni. It’s always recommended to book ahead. Being placed in a hotel, the restaurant is almost always full with in house guests as well as with local diners. Main dining room is smartly furnished with proper dining tables so diners can eat in comfort. The room sprawls in spacious capacity with dim lights accentuating a sense of privacy. Décor similar to other The Great Kabab Factory outlets is a tad old-fashioned and heavy on wood. The hint of blue in crockery, lamps and ceiling adds that much needed contrast. The restaurant is highly sought after by families and corporates. Noise level is high, for quiet meal go someplace else.
