- Service is an issue. When I called, the phone went unanswered for ten minutes and when somebody finally answered, she cheerfully announced that the phone had been left unattended. There was no hint of an apology. Success can do that sometimes
- The baos which give the restaurant its name are over-sauced and will only appeal to people who have never eaten one before
- Even so, there are some standouts on the menus: pork belly, tuna tartare and a lamb shank that falls off the bone (and into an over-salted Massaman curry).
