The Blaze keeps an eclectic menu and specialises in North West Frontier cuisine. Both North Indian and Chinese cuisines are targeted here with finesse and excellence. The good news – Blaze is pretty affordable. Give your drink company in form of some yummy appetizers like, murg ki asharafi, chilly mushroom, fish n chips, dahi ke kebab, drums of heaven, murg malai kebab, soya malai tikka, honey chilli potato, dhaba boti kebab, chilly chicken dry, machi amritsari, makki ke kebab, chicken 65, afghani tandoori murg and bharwan tandoori aloo. Tackle the curries and gravies with some buttery naans or a bowl of aromatic noodles. Dig into, chooze khaas makhani, exotic veg in hot garlic sauce, malai kofta, sweet & sour chicken, lal maas, veg Manchurian, railway mutton curry, grilled chicken in lemon butter sauce, penne arrabiata, sirkey pyaaz wali bhindi and rara gosht.

As the final send-off enjoy a serving of dessert like, lychee ki tehri, moong dal ka halwa, gulab jamun, gajar ka halwa and shahi tukra. The Blaze may fool you at first glance with its elegant and tasteful décor but once the lights come on, the place transforms itself into a striking and upbeat space. With a flick of a switch the classy formal space converts its ambience into a more lively one. It’s a nice place to take your family or friends to. Even by Gurgaon’s standards, The Blaze is a good bargain when you want to spend within limit.
