Another 24X7 fine dining restaurant joins the long queue of already existing ones. The collection of all-day dining establishments just keeps on growing as more and more fancy kitchens pave their way for the diners. The additions are welcome, however. We have grown pretty dependent on such restaurants that offer us flexible odd hour service and a menu to make us drool with anticipation. With ‘Tangerine’ we know we have a hit. This modern all-day dining room has become one of our favorites for a midnight meal. Whenever we get a craving for coffee and sandwiches, we head for Tangerine. There is not much going on gastronomy wise in Ghaziabad but with Tangerine, all that has changed. The menu of Tangerine is world class. It trots all over the globe, choosing dishes from different cuisines to compile an amazingly diverse menu. It caters to all kinds of palates and explores the intricacies of North Indian, Thai, Continental and European cuisine. A lavish buffet welcomes you two times a day but if you want more control over your meal then go a la carte. Pick a drink from Tangerine’s bar menu to kick start the evening. Marry it with an array of appetizers such as, dragon rolls, bharwan aloo Firdausi, Javanese chicken satay, samundri rattan and veg kothe. Polish off a main next to complete your meal. How about, walnut pesto pasta, gosht ki salli boti, veg panini, nasi goreng, corn fed chicken steak, fish in lemon chilli sauce, spaghetti carbonara and paneer aap ki pasanda.

Opt for their combo meal if you are in a hurry. Round off the evening on a sweet note. The chef tempts your palate with, chocolate silk, hot kala jamun, SPV twist, sugar free lychee & strawberry mousse and an assortment of ice creams. The restaurant has a separate smoking area and a smooth valet service. One can stop by for breakfast on the way to work, Tangerine opens up early. Interiors are vastly spacious and contemporarily designed. The dual color combination of beige and red creates a striking impact on eyes. Modern lamps completes the lovely picture. The décor comes across as upscale, contemporary and attractive. Book a table ahead as Tangerine gets really busy. It’s a good place for business meetings.
