As no booze is offered here, make do with sheesha in various flavours. Chug down a peach ice tea or fruit beer with an array of delectable appetizers. On offer are, quesadilla, golden fried babycorn, paneer hariyali tikka, mozerella cheese sticks, crispy vegetable salt & pepper, dahi kebab and stuffed malai chaap. Shush any leftover hunger pangs with, tex mex burger, margherita pizza, makhani pasta, paneer butter masala, hot & sour vegetable gravy, soya rogan josh, club house pizza, paneer tikka sandwich and Kashmiri dum aloo.
The best way to mop up the gravies is through a bowl of mixed biryani or some delicious fried noodles. Hakka noodles or Szechwan noodles will do fabulously. Conclude the meal with a thick brownie shake or a series of conventional classic desserts such as, ice cream sizzler, gulab jamun and ice cream with brownie. The dining space at Sultanat is tastefully decorated with earthy tones to reflect the sense of welcome and comfort. Formal dining tables flanked by comfy sofas and chairs encourages you to sit for hours and dine in utter luxury. Sheesha is their only connection to the Middle East besides the name.
