Take advantage of their scrumptious buffet if not then stick to their superb a la carte menu.
Menu at Promenade concentrates on North Indian dishes mainly. They do full justice to the authenticity and flavours of the recipes included in the menu. The variety is not extensive at Promenade but they make sure whatever they bring to your table is exceptionally prepared. For starters they dish out raj kachori chaat with citrus fruits, mezze platter, roast chicken and corn salad, roasted tomato and fennel soup, lehsooni murg tikka, Mexican nachos, honey chilli potatoes, amritsari fish, thai chicken satay, herb crusted fried fish fingers, plum tomato & bocconcini salad with aged balsamic and fish n chips. The starters have more variety due to their bar menu. Apart from delicious juicy sandwiches they have grilled river sole, fettuccini with chicken sausage and chicken parmigiana as the continental mains. On Indian front they do well with rogani gosht, malai paneer khas, murgh makhani, tadke wali dal and palak paneer kofta.
Promenade proves its mark with the taste of its mains so it’s only fair that it does the same with the desserts. Try out baked cheesecake with fruit coulis, Mexican banana split, macadamia brownie with vanilla ice cream, raspberry eclairs with white chocolate and zauq-e-shahi which is fried cottage cheese dumplings with condensed milk and saffron. The bar menu gets its fair share of attention. Not only do they stock major labels of alcohol they also mix fantastic house concoctions. Promenade is on the expensive side so keep that in mind when you visit. Give it a whirl and let it amaze you.
