On the first floor of the hotel, the restaurant gets lot of footfall by the in house guests and local foodies alike. The décor is like being in a rural house of north India complete with wall motifs, ethnic furniture, bright upholstery and copper utensils. The menu at Paranda is whole soul north Indian with heavy influence from Punjab region. The food is traditional as cooked in homes and open kitchen adds something to the dining experience. For first course they serve magan murgh shorba, bharwan malai broccoli, pakhowal road da tandoori kukkad, adrak matar ki seekh, dal dhaniye da shorba, Punjabi paneer tikka, Ludhiana Bhatti murgh tikka, tandoori kurkuri seekh, tandoori chatpata ananas, keema pudine ki seekh, amritsari macchi, papad crusted paneer pakoda and sunheri jhinga. Mains like Patiala shahi macchi, murgh kali mirch, baingan bharta, kofta dilkhush, murgh makhanwala, paneer hara pyaaz, bhindi do pyaza, bhuna gosht, raan tawa masala, sector 7 da tarriwala mutton and pindi chana, are impressive and extremely tasty.
Accompany the meal with gosht pulao, dahi bhalle, naan, roti, jeera pyaz ka pulao, tandoori murgh tikka pulao and stuffed paratha/kulcha. The grand finale as they call dessert consists of moong dal halwa, gajar ka halwa, rasmalai, malpua with rabri, kesar pista kulfi, roh di kheer, kesar di sakora rabri and wagah de gulab jamun. To drink lassi, jal jeera, juices, masala pepsi are available. Paranda is expensive restaurant which is one of the most popular eatery in Faridabad region. If you want to host a small dinner then their semi private dining area is available which can easily seat 18 guests.
