There aren’t many pocket-friendly restaurants in Gurgaon so when you find one, bookmark it for those crunch days when you are running on a low budget. We assure you, there are plenty of those days. We are constantly on the lookout for eateries that will let us feast on a luxurious meal without burning a hole in our pockets. Therefore, when we chanced upon ‘Nakshatra’, we instantly tagged it as our new affordable joint. The restaurant may not be huge on stylish décor but it does hold down it’s fort where flavors are concerned. We often take our family and team here for lunches. Nakshatra tries to pamper the foodie in you with a vast multi-cuisine menu that will satisfy any gourmet cravings you might have. The delicious trio of North Indian, Chinese and Continental cuisine is explored here, giving you plenty of options to leisurely choose from. One trip won’t nearly be enough to try everything at Nakshatra. How about starting with the appetizers such as, chilly mushroom, veg cigar roll, achari murg tikka, golden fried prawns, drums of heaven, tandoori soya chaap, crispy honey chilly potato, falafel with hummus, chicken satay Indonesian style, spring roll, mutton seek kabab and crispy mushroom in mandarin style. Bring your friends here for treat. Interiors of Nakshatra are casual, youthful and yet attractive. Dim ambient lighting bounces off smooth exposed brick walls. You see a long wide room dotted with teal blue long sofa and small dining tables flanked by smart chairs. Wall art mounted around you adds to the youthful creative vibe of the place. The bright red tone wall does a great job of uplifting the décor. As Nakshatra is a pocket-friendly place, it fills up fast. Book ahead.
