Mosaic’s menu is quite substantial. It covers three likeable cuisines that are highly sought after by the diners in Delhi NCR, Chinese, Continental and North Indian. Being an all-day dining kind of restaurant, Mosaic keeps a menu, which sprawls from breakfast to late dinner expansively. Their buffets are quite popular with the regulars. Try opting for them if you have a chance. First, choose a drink off their bar menu to kick-start your evening. Begin wading through with starters like, khumani ka paneer tikka, vegetable tempura, chicken & fennel salad with orange dressing, chilli cheese toast, prawn tempura and kachumber lamb seekh. Follow it up with a series of delectable mains. Tuck into, gosht biryani, grilled fish with lemon butter sauce, vegetable Thai green curry, New Zealand lamb cutlets with red wine jus, Mexicana mac & cheese, Crowne slider burgers and chicken yasailtame.

Coddle your sweet tooth with an assortment of sugar concoctions available at Mosaic. Feast on, yoghurt panna cotta, strawberry mouse with coulis, warm Mediterranean orange almond cake, chocolate tart and baked cheese cake with strawberry compote. Stick with a fresh fruit platter drizzled with wild honey and fresh mint to save those calories. Kids get their own separate menu. Dining at Mosaic is an expensive venture. Dining room of Mosaic is weaved in a circular fashion flanked by a row of huge plate glass windows overlooking the pool. Interiors are chic, modern and timeless.
