The restaurant has a reputation to uphold being a part of such regal hotel and carrying a culinary historic name. The parent menu has a lot of French influence but the Le Cirque has slowly moved on to include Italian recipes which have taken over. The food is a molecular gastronome’s delight. Visually stunning the presentations are a work of art in itself. To start with caeser’s salad, fennel soup, mushroom broth, double cooked mozzarella, sliders with truffle dusted fries are to die for. The pastas are delectable especially crab pasta, beef cheek ravioli, truffle spaghetti and veg lasagne. In mains mushroom risotto, radicchio risotto, pork belly, scallops, tuna, smoked himalayan trout, chicken with baby potatoes, beef with mashed potatoes and pan seared sea bass are worth having. Their risotto Bollinger is actually cooked in Bollinger champagne which is unique in the city and a must have.
The dessert menu however steals the spotlight. A vast and delicious collection the chefs will present you with tempting sweets to conclude your meal. Deconstructed tiramisu, chocolate lava cake, truffle crème brulee, dark chocolate fondant, sorbets will dazzle you with burst of flavours in your mouth. Le Cirque has an extensive wine list too. Selective wines are stored here to magnify your dining experience. Their signature cocktails are very yummy and well blended by expert bartender. Choose to sit in wine cellar, private dining area or al fresco however the mood hits you. The romanticism of the ambience will make your visit a memorable one.
