From its good-looking perch on second floor, the restaurant overlooks a gorgeous slice of the market.

Italian food is what Chef Ritu Dalmia does best but at Latitude 28 she tries to stretch her comfort zone to include American and Continental cuisine as well. The restaurant is completely air-conditioned, so even on hot Delhi days one can sit in cool luxurious comfort. You will be surprised to know that Latitude 28 is completely affordable and its pocket-friendly element is one of its strong points. With a bottle of wine kick-start the menu by ordering, cheddar croquette, daikon salad, Vietnamese spring roll, bruschetta, warm goat cheese salad, winter corn soup, prawn & orange salad and skewered chicken. Main course showcases, linguine, sweet potato burger, sole curry, croque monsieur, grilled chicken, roasted pepper panini, spaghetti, pandi curry, gnocchi, Australian lamb chop, udon and plantain fried rice.

Combine a dessert wine to go with their final sweet course of strawberry cheesecake, plum & carrot cake, apricot cheesecake and chocolate cake. Take a coffee to go with it. Slip into their outdoor area if the weather allows, basking in the buzzing lively ambience of Khan Market. The management does a good job of decorating the space, making it more welcoming by adding peppy cheerful colours to the décor. Walls are painted a nice shade of blue carrying the quirky Indian motifs. To sit they have added patterned brown sofas with multi-coloured cushions beckoning you to relax. A set of small chandeliers hanging from the ceiling does a lot to refine the space. The vibe here is eccentric, playful, cosy and stylish.
