Just a half hour drive away from sarita vihar/Noida/ jasola lies a tranquil Italian restaurant. Part of Jaypee greens golf & spa resort, Noida, ‘La Brezza’ is one of a kind place. Set in oasis of tranquillity the restaurant overlooks the golf course for miles which is a cool sight for sore eyes. You can spend your whole day delighting in the resorts facilities ending your day on a good note i.e., La Breeza. The restaurant is contemporary and edgy as expected of a high end facility. The dark wood finish room is liven up by red lamps giving it a sophisticated contrast. It is a great place to have business meeting or relax with friends or family after a peaceful day at spa. The food is authentic and prepared under careful supervision. Keep in mind that the restaurant only opens the doors for dinner. Choose a wine from the adjoining library to enhance your meal.
La Brezza’s menu is short and sweet. Compiled with hot favourites the chef has not stretched the menu unnecessarily. Keeping it compact and with limited choices the focus relies on the preparation of food. Start off the meal with salumi which is sliced Italian cured meats served with bread, grilled octopus with olive oil & lemon, tuna carpaccio, fritto misto di mare, skewered tender cuts of chicken, minestrone soup, fried mozzarella with spiked tomato sauce, tortellini tomato broth and traditional eggplant stew. The pasta section is impressive with penne al cartoccio, fusilli with four cheese sauce, spaghetti with Sicilian meatballs, pappardelle with duck ragu, spaghetti carbonara and seafood pasta with tomato sauce also reffered to as Pasta alla marinara. Follow that with mains, red snapper with plum tomato sauce, little bundles of chicken with marsala wine reduction, duck breast with green pepper sauce, roast loin of pork with a cognac flambéed sauce and famous ossobuco.
Pizza section of La Breeza reminds you of authentic pizzerias of Naples. Scrumptious toppings like vegetali, margherita, slow roasted lamb, pancetta, prosciutto, gamberi e pepperoncino and al salame picante. Desserts or Dolci as the Italians call it tempt you with traditional tiramisu, crème brulee, semifreddo, chocolate cake with hazelnut whipped cream and assorted gelato. The service is efficient and warm. The staff attends you immediately and is attuned to your every need. Dining here can be expensive but unique considering the spa, golf and wonderful Italian fare.
