The menu of Imly is quite exciting. It takes you on a street food walk around India and introduces you to the tangy street flavours of Lucknow, Amritsar, Surat, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai and Varanasi. In a brilliant move, Imly has taken on chefs from their native regions and asked them to cook what they know best. Flavours are spot on and encourages you to come again. Food is entirely vegetarian. Menu is sectioned off city/region wise, which simplifies your browsing. Whet your appetite with, gunpowder fried idli, palak patta chaat, bedmialoo poori, dabeli, steam momos and missal pav. Continue with the mains featuring, Bombay grilled sandwich, chole bhature, gatta curry bikaneri prantha, rajma chawal, cheese burst dosa, matra masala atta kulcha, moong dal chilla, soya chaap with parantha and Malabari parantha with chettinad mushroom.
One can opt for curries as well to elevate their meal. Imly does not serve alcohol. Instead, settle for a banta shikanji or a mocktail to wash it all down.
