The power of a good old burger can reach one across the globe, a fact proven by these successful burger chains that have popped up all around the world. India has become recipient to many American food chains especially the burger ones and the latest brand to join the bandwagon is ‘Fatburger’. This popular American burger chain became itself known to us last year in August when it first stepped on Indian soil at Cyber Hub. The chain has about 155 locations across the globe and holds a lot of potential. Gurgaon now holds one more attraction for food lovers in the form of Fatburger.

Though the menu focuses entirely on American cuisine, it does has some flashes of Mexican dishes to diversify. Menu offers quite a bit of variety in appetizers as well as mains, which includes an impressive array of burgers. Begin jumping through the menu with few appetizers, Fat’s mozzarella, wild west chili, fish fingers, santa fe island salad, world famous wings, potato poppers, southwest quesadilla, amritsari onion rings, assortment of sliders and smokey mountain nachos. Dip into the pool of burgers at your fingertips with interesting combinations like, outlaw spicy crispy chicken, roasted chipotle, the fat Greek, bean-a-licious, Istanbul, cottage street, the fiery, BBQ chicken, the shroom, tenderloin and filet ‘o’ fish. Some delightful wraps and rice based dishes finds a spot on the menu too. Kids get their own individual menu, a touch we find nice.

In typical American style, Fatburger’s dessert section is full of sundaes and truffle cake. To look at the restaurant is designed in very Americano style, resembling close to a diner. The room is quite spacious flooded with sharp bright lights and made even more vibrant by using dark colours red and black. Interiors are meant to catch your attention and it definitely does. Posters of Hollywood fills the walls reminding you of the American theme. The look is casual, youthful, cheerful and eye-catching. Fatburger is affordable and easy on the pockets, which only elevates its popularity. It is busy most of the time, brimming with noisy kids and chirpy youths.
