Gulab jamun, rasmalai and kesar pista kulfi are the dessert course. The Chinese part of the menu starts with chilli chicken dry, prawn pepper salt, wantons and lotus stem salt n pepper. Mains have stir fried prawns, spicy honey chicken, double fried lamb hoisin sauce and tofu in basil sauce with noodles and fried rice.

Chinese sweet dessert has daarsan, sesame walnut and toffee banana/apple along with ice creams. To drink Essex garden restaurant serves tea, coffee, gingerale, juice and fresh lime soda. All the specialities are clearly marked on the menu. The restaurant is at the ideal location which makes it easily accessible. If going with kids you can leave them at kid’s zone and quietly enjoy your lunch. The service is good and efficient. As far money is concerned the restaurant is affordable and within easy financial range.
