The place is ideal for cosy brunches or even for low key business meetings when you want a secluded yet classy background to the negotiations. Pop open a bottle of wine or wash down the appetizers with some of the cocktails, Elan has it all. Give a shot to their signature cocktails, Banaras, imli martini, olivine and roche jaune are some of their best. Tuck into, vilayati nadru ke kebab, poached prawn masculine salad, palak ki chaat, samosas, bydagi spiced prawns and lucknawi tawa chaap. For second course go for, kalonji murgh, grilled baby sea bass, pizza, pasta, chicken & turkey brioche slider, mutter mangodi ki subzi and Thai red/green curry.
To tickle your sweet tooth they put out a vast variety of desserts. Indulge in, desi cassata, thandai ice cream, steam baked French chocolate cake, kesar phirni, white chocolate yoghurt, classic tiramisu, kala khatta sorbet, khumani ka meetha and rasmalai. Elan gets the advantage of being situated in a green foliage enveloped part of the city. The décor screams affluence and class. Everything is posh, refined and tastefully designed. Subtle soft shades are used to create the space and row of wide glass plated windows flood the room with sunlight. The best seats in the house is however outdoors where small tables are tucked between tall lush planters besides the water body.
