Boasting of being one of the few pan Asian restaurants in Gurgaon ‘Dine-Esty’ is a place which is visited by the Chinese food lovers religiously. Firmly located at time square building, Sushant lok, Gurgaon, the restaurant is a strong favourite amongst the locals and the families. Appetizers such as pork ribs honey chilli, vegetable salt & pepper, taipe chicken, fish hunan style, golden fried prawn, xing chilli duck, double cooked pork and konjee lamb makes the list. Comforting hot soups are chosen starter on winter evenings. For mains chilli duck in clay pot, lamb in Mongolian sauce, kung pao chicken, crab steamed with ginger & wine, tiger prawn with sesame chilli, silken tofu and pak choy & black mushroom in oyster sauce are much preferred. Team up these fab mains with equally fantastic noodles or rice. The menu doesn’t end here.
The other part of the menu is dedicated to Japanese cuisine. Dine-Esty goes after sushi, tempura, karage, misso soup and delicious teppanyaki. Japanese mains have sabuta i.e., sweet & sour pork, golden kare in prawn/fish/chicken/pork/vegetables, mabo nasu i.e., minced pork with eggplant and yasai itame i.e., stir fry mix vegetable. Pair the mains with flat wheat noodle cook on teppan or steam sticky rice which is quintessential Japanese. Dine-esty’s chic bar is a great place to talk business with your colleagues.
