As second course go with, prosciutto wrapped chicken breast, Thai curry with jasmine rice, kadhai paneer, goan shrimp curry, black cod with miso, lamb ragout with pappardelle, crisp duck leg confit and stir fried prawns in hot garlic sauce. With a blueberry cheesecake or hot chocolate pudding, bring things to a perfect finish.
