Chef Akira has done his bit at Las Vegas’s famous Nobu and that shows in the food. The price of dining at Akira Back may be hefty but it’s definitely worth it. Dining at Akira Back is a pleasure to see. The interiors are stunning and done with keeping comfort and style in mind. The open kitchen is the star. You would enjoy seeing chefs doing their thing behind a gleaming open countertop. Rest of the restaurant is modern, stylish and sophisticated. Now you know why they charge so much for the luxury of dining at Akira Back. Main dining room has polished wooden floors that gleams beautifully under the soft yellow lights. Dotted around the room is formal sleek tables. Ask for the private dining room if you are part of a large group.
