24/7 Restaurant

The Lalit, Connaught Place in New Delhi is home to a wonderful all day dining restaurant. By the name of 24/7 the restaurant has managed to gain loads of attention for its food and ambience. The décor is classy and posh but 24/7 is far from stiff. The restaurant is welcoming and ideal place to celebrate special occasions or to even take a date. Dark brown interiors with geometrical lamps throws a contemporary feel. This is the kind of place you go to if you want to flaunt and impress your guests. The wide spacious room is dotted with comfortable couches designed to linger for a while longer. The lush green outdoor sitting area can be utilised under good weather conditions. Though 24/7 is well known for its a la carte menu but it’s buffet is out of this world. The wide spread of Indian, Continental and Pan Asian dishes will charm you to try everything.

To commence the fabulous meal mushroom cappuccino and soup of the day will do admirably. In starters smoked salmon, Mediterranean salad, paneer tikka, kathi roll, tempura prawns, Asian vegetable spring roll, aloo matar kaju ka samosa, vegetable rollatini, zafrani murg malai tikka and laksa are worth trying. The Italian cuisine shows us pizzas with gorgeous toppings and freshly rolled pastas in full bodied rich sauces. The main course includes fish ‘n’ chips, crusted salmon, Malabar fish curry, nasi goreng, rogan josh, thai green & red curry, lemon chicken breast, latpata jhinga, kung pao chicken, pan seared tuna steak, khaas paneer and hakka noodles. They make scrumptious sandwiches and burgers with marvellous fillings. Don’t leave without trying Hyderabadi gosht dum biryani. Its truly delectable. The restaurant opens in early hours so can take advantage of their hospitality whenever you want.

After main course the dessert time follows. The 24/7 prepares awesome desserts with skilled hand. Gulab Jamun, blue berry yoghurt crunch, fruit platter, rasmalai, tiramisu, vanilla bean pannacotta, chocolate terrine and caramel tart will win you over. The beauty of sweets are that they end everything on a good note. The bar menu offers a wide range of wine that is shipped from all over the world. The wine fanatics will have a gala time pairing the wine with the delicious meal. The European food is overseen by Chef Pradeep who is their secret weapon. Expensive but marvellous 24/7 is a must go.
