Wide palate of browns and beige is used to define the room with base colour being beige and accent colour being brown. Unlike other bars Madera is brightly lit with contemporary and edgy looking lamps. Music is another plus here. The beats are uplifting and lively capable of elevating your mood instantly.
The service at Madera is friendly and prompt. The staff is always on their toes attentive to your needs. A bartender is the soul of any good bar and can make or break the reputation with his signatures. Out here the bartender will not disappoint you rather his blends will make you come back for more. Madera’s bar menu is wonderfully long and packed with all kinds of labels – domestic and international. Menu features liquors like, aperitifs, premium scotch, single malt, American whisky, Canadian and Irish whisky, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, cognac, brandy, sherry, sake, shochu, liqueurs, beers and shooters. Bartender throws some delicious concoctions together that are not only lethal but lip-smacking. Try, 6th Sip (rum, vanilla, sugar, honey, lime, egg white), Samba Sunset (cachaça, crème de casis, cream and orange juice), East India Cocktail (brandy, raspberry, angostura, cherry, orange) and Mange Tout (tequila, green peas, lime juice, sugar).
Classic cocktails are also available here if you want to throw back some with your friends. For a salty kick munch on, roasted chilli tofu, mamsam vepudu, crispy fried oriental lamb, paneer kathi rolls, peri-peri chicken skewers, spiced cheese cigarillos, tadka style sausages, train wrecked fries, jalapeno cheese poppers, torpedo crumbed prawns with sweet chilli dip, hara bhara kebab, bhuney masaledar kaju, kolkatta Chinese chilli chicken lollipop, murgh kalimiri tikka and masala podi idli. Madera is expensive and heavy on pockets so beware.
