- The dal pakwan – a Sindhi breakfast preparation of chana dala, chopped onions, and a large flattened crisp puri – is my favourite here
- Try the shakarkandi ki chaat – chunks of roasted sweet potato glazed in tamarind and dates. It is not exactly what you might find on the streets of Delhi, but it is tasty nevertheless
- The dessert platter is the best way to taste the sweets here. But if you have to pick one, try khubani ka meetha. Or even the angoori rabri
