After the satisfying first course move onto the fulfilling main course which showcases dishes like spicy ginger fish, mushroom trio in ginger wine sauce, chicken in almond, spicy mustard fish, Burmese prawn curry, brassica with tausi sauce, kung pao chicken, Singaporean chilli prawns, crispy water chestnut with chilly plum sauce, chilli oyster sauce and gulai kambing. Team it up with Japanese sticky rice, chilli basil noodle, yaki udon or burnt garlic fried rice. You can even try Ginseng’s signature dishes.
