Dining at Byblos is like taking a culinary trip across Middle-East. Their menu is an amalgamation of Lebanese and Arabian cuisine. For a medium-priced bill, you can enjoy a lavish feast of Middle-Eastern flavours at Byblos. If you would like to taste a little bit of everything then choose their buffet. Your choices will be more generous and economical. Variety in a la carte menu is fantastic. Make your first course of, meat sambusek, falafel, harra potato, chicken wings provencal, lentil soup, fattouch, meat kibbeh, samkeh harra, ras asfour, spinach fatayer and tabbouleh. To wade into the second course binge on an assortment of, kofta sandwich, meat manakeesh, chicken shawarma, shish taouk, sea bass, okra stew, lamb tikka, veggie spicy manakeesh, falafel wraps, fish & chips, Byblos mix grill, arayess and grilled prawns.
To make the meal more substantial place a side order of biryani or oriental rice. Sip on a peppermint tea alongside to accentuate the flavours of the meal. For a more traditional touch choose a glass of ayran, which is a Lebanese refreshment snack drink made of blended yoghurt, salt and garlic. Lebanese desserts are known to be rich and dense yet delicious. You can try, baklava, muhalabiyah, um ali and aish al sarayah. Byblos is spread out across two floors in a formal dining style. Bright shade of red is used in chairs to contrast beautifully with wooden toned finishes. Upper floor can be used as a venue for small party, serve your guests some exotic Middle-Eastern fare and dazzle them.
