‘Brewsky’ comes from two words ‘Brew’ and ‘Sky’ and both the aspects are evident when you step into the bar. Brewsky is JP Nagar’s pride and joy and is located in South Bengaluru much to the delight of the residents. Lavishly abundant space and rustic appearance carries this place to far places and witnesses a never ending footfall. Brewsky is like a glittering jewel designed in clever manner to fully exploit the pleasant weather of Bengaluru city. Almost the entire restaurant is made out in the open forming two different levels that punters revel in. The outdoor furniture is sturdy and created to last a long time. During evening the restaurant comes alive as the people flies in and settles on the roof under stars. The brewery is given a stylish makeover with colourful cartoons painted over them which is amusing. The staff is friendly and assisting to you throughout the evening.
The reservations are a good idea to make before hitting Brewsky as the place gets filled pretty quickly. Concept of brewing your own beer is catching on like forest fire in Bengaluru and mainly because of Brewsky. They have managed to create their own fan base by satisfying the beer cravings of their punters who come looking for this delicious concoction. Some of their craft beers include the Hefeweizen, India pale ale, saison and the summer ale. They even mix beers to create awesome cocktails, weizen up, liquid gold and the godfather. Other kinds of cocktails that are on offer are 3 musketeers, asuras punch, poison ivy, LIIT, breezer cran cosmo, mile high club, blue lagoon, whisky sour, white Russian, dracula’s kiss, cats & dogs, bull frog, ocean margarita, martini, grave heart, beer bomb, jelly fish shooters and red wine sangria. For more refined taste go for scotch, whisky, wine, vodka, gin, tequila and rum.
To compliment any drink you need a plate of bite size appetizers to enhance true flvours. Brewsky offers its punters pandi fry, tandoori prawns, cheese tarts, stuffed chicken chillies, panko crumbed mushrooms and tandoori potatoes. Besides soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, pizzas and pastas you are also given hearty mains. Veg ratatouille, chicken roulade, pandhi curry, chicken in barebue sauce, chicken chettinadu, mutton stew, cottage cheese steak, veg lasagne, mushroom & thyme chicken, rosemary lamb chops and Kashmiri mutton rogan josh. Brewsky is only mildly expensive but offers so much in return especially fantastic ambience.
